HelloZay provides smart call answering and SMS notifications for businesses. When you are unable to answer your phone, our service answers on your behalf, gathers relevant information from callers, and provides you with a summary of each call via text message.

These Terms apply to the HelloZay mobile application and related services.

By using HelloZay, you agree to the following terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from HelloZay, you agree to the following:

  • You confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at that phone number and consent to receive automated messages from HelloZay.
  • We send automated SMS messages about missed calls, call summaries, and account/billing notifications.
  • Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Message frequency varies based on your call volume and account activity.
  • You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
  • You can reply HELP for assistance or contact us at askhellozay@gmail.com.
  • Opting out via STOP will stop all non-essential messages. Essential account or security-related messages may still be sent.

Use of Service

HelloZay is designed for legitimate business use. You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities, including impersonation, harassment, or violating telecommunications laws.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method. You may cancel at any time, and service will continue through the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Service Availability

HelloZay relies on third-party providers such as telephony carriers and cloud infrastructure. Service availability may be affected by network conditions or outages, and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Limitation of Liability

HelloZay is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.

Changes to Service

We may update or modify features of the service at any time.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy

Your use of HelloZay is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
